So, now that we have sorted out the Gas meter let’s actually try and read the thing. When you look at it for the first time you will notice that there are a lot of dials on there. A lot of dials that are not all important to the giving of an accurate reading. You must read the first four numbers from left to right. This will give you the overall figure. One thing that you do not need to include are the red numbers at the very end.
